Ordering & Delivery

Ordering Online:

Simply click onto the product categories and browse the menu options.  When you have made your selection, click on the "Add to Cart" button. This puts your products into your “Shopping Cart”. Please make sure you have select the right size and quantity. You are able to put as many products as you wish into your Shopping Cart. When you are finished shopping, just click on "Checkout". Please fill in the required information, and make payment via credit card or PayPal. The goods will then be delivered to you within a few days (often just two days).

Please Note: You can nominate the courier to leave the product at a designated spot (eg: front door) if you may not be home. This is done at the check out, shipping stage online or please request when ordering over the phone.

Ordering by Telephone:

If you prefer not to use a credit card and prefer to shop by phone, simply call our toll free number 1800 832 437 and we will be happy to place your order. We accept credit card, direct deposit or cheque payments (goods are sent after personal cheque and direct deposit payments have cleared).

Shipping:

Our shopping cart contains a shipping cost calculator. This can be used to find out what the shipping charges will be for your order before you enter the checkout area. You must have items in your cart first before shipping cost calculation can be made.

Goods are normally shipped via Toll Transport or Couriers Please service in Australia.

Goods are normally shipped the next business day (Mon to Fri) after receipt of your order - orders received before 12 noon may be shipped the same day.

Delivery is normally the following business day within the Couriers Please Network as defined by Couriers Please - you can normally expect delivery after two clear business days (not incl Sat or Sun) from the order.

Delivery to locations outside the main metropolitan areas may take a little longer.

Returns:

If you need to return unused and undamaged product within seven days of receiving them, we will refund your purchase cost via the original payment method. Returned goods will need to be shipped at your cost.

Returns need to be shipped to Tech-Dry Building Products Unit 7/18 Abel Street Jamisontown NSW 2750 . Delivery hours are 9:00am – 4:00pm. Please ensure that you include details of your invoice number, name, address and the approx date of purchase. There may be a few days delay in making a credit card adjustment via the secure banking system after we receive the goods.

Prices:

All prices displayed on the website are quoted in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of 10% GST.
