Tile & Grout Sealer

Tech-Dry Tile & Grout Sealer is an alkali-stable silane/siloxane based penetrating sealer. It has been formulated to provide excellent water repellency to grout and absorbent tiles as well as a wide variety of other masonry building materials.

Tile & Grout Sealer is ideal for shower recess areas and baconies. Suitable tiles include ceramic or terracotta tiles, and concrete or natural stone pavers. It is also suitable for other porous masonry building substrates.
